De functie

  • The Service Desk team you will be working in, consists of 30 colleagues in an international environment.
  • As a technical expert, you are jointly responsible for the 1st- and 2nd- line support on technical and other specific problems.
  • You are passionate about helping the customer and are always looking for ways to improve our customer services.
  • You have regular contact with many other departments in our Digital Customer Services (DCS) business unit and can always rely on the knowledge and expertise of your enthusiastic colleagues.
  • You report to the Service Level Coordinator Benelux.

Het profiel

  • A very good knowledge of French and English is essential. Knowledge of another language is a plus.
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in ICT or have a strong affinity with firmware and software.
  • You have good communication skills and work in a customer- and service-oriented manner.
  • You show initiative and know how to analyze and prioritize questions from customers.
